Summary: Oracle Cloud brought online a seventh interoperability node in Frankfurt, Germany. The node enables end users to access direct connectivity between Oracle Cloud’s Frankfurt region and the two Azure ExpressRoute locations nearby. Oracle’s testing claims 1.7 milliseconds of latency, which is below the 2.0 millisecond threshold it has promised. The other Oracle Cloud – Microsoft Azure interoperability nodes are in Ashburn, Tokyo, Toronto, San Jose, London and Amsterdam.
