Summary: New York-based Logicworks partnered with CloudHealth Technologies. CloudHealth has built a third party platform that can be deployed by both enterprises and service providers to evaluate and manage cloud usage, performance, security and cost. Logicworks will use the technology to enhance its analysis and reporting capabilities. The technology supports both AWS and Azure. A good example of how managed third party cloud is pushing service providers to build, partner and even buy tools that collect and analyze data in order to augment the managed services experience. Datapipe is an example of a provider that made an acquisition towards this end when it acquired Newvem back in 2013.
