Summary: UK-based service provider Agilisys developed – over a weekend – a contact management solution to help track and monitor outreach to people isolating in the current environment. It is hosted on Azure and uses Microsoft services including Dynamics365, Dynamics Power Portal and Power BI. It was developed in partnership with a London borough and built so it can be used by all UK local authorities. It is said to cover 80% of a council’s needs, can be implemented in under 24 hours, and user training takes less than an hour.
